Leasing Process

Our Leasing Process is simple!

Step 1
Fill out our QuickQuote online, Call us at 866-938-COPY (2679) or send your written request to sales@ucopier.com. 

Step 2
A Ucopier Account Executive is assigned to your account, and will provide you with an official proposal.

Step 3
Sign and e-mail or fax the proposal to your Account Executive. 

Step 4
Ucopier will deliver and install the equipment at your location. All maintenance, service and toner is included for the term of your lease. 

Step 5
Based on the type of lease (No-Contract, Cost-Per-Copy, Term Lease), Ucopier will return to pick up your equipment at the specified date and time, trade in your existing equipment, or finalize the lease.
