Rental FAQ

 

1.  How quickly can we receive service if an issue arises?
We offer phone and onsite technical assistance to all of our customers. The average service time 1-3 hours for rental equipment depending on the time and location. Onsite support for leased equipment is 24 hours.  

 

2.  How many copies can I run before changing toner?
Typical toner yields between 10,000 and 40,000 copies, depending on the machine and type of documents being copied or printed.

 

3.  What is included in the rental?
We offer full service, toner, and maintenance.  We can also provide the paper. 

 

4.  How many sheets of paper are in one case?
One case of paper has 5000 sheets.

 

5.  How do you track how many copies are made?
Each machine is equipped with a counter that records the quantity of copies and tracks usage of the document feeder and paper sizes.

 

6.  Do you work weekends?

7.  What forms of payment to you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, business checks, term accounts and cash.
