Rental Process

The process is simple!

Step 1
Fill out our QuickQuote online, Call us at 866-938-COPY (2679) or e-mail your written request to sales@ucopier.com. 

Step 2
A Ucopier Account Executive is assigned to your account, and will provide you with an official proposal.

Step 3
Sign and e-mail or fax the proposal to your Account Executive. They'll take care of the rest! 

Step 4
Equipment is delivered and installed at your location. All maintenance, service, and toner is included. 

Step 5
All equipment is picked up on the specified date and returned to our warehouse.
